Building for sale in Gerakas, Athens

Building for sale in Gerakas, Athens. An unfinished building, spreading on four levels, on a 600sqm plot in Gerakas, a city set at a significant place at the junction of Ymittos and Penteli foothills. The bricks have just finished, while the building license was issued in December-2006. The basement is 187.91sqm in total and is suitable for storages and parking space. The ground floor and the first floor are each featuring 2 apartments of 84.87sqm each. Each one consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and an extra space which can be used as a storage room, an auxiliary space or a cloakroom. The second floor is occupied by two apartments, of 143.10sqm and 139.54sqm respectively. Both the apartments spread on two levels with internals stairs, and comprise a large living space with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a communal space surrounding the plot, which could be used as a parking, with enough space for 5 vehicles. A very promising property in a fine location.
