Crete Residential Properties for sale

Crete Residential Properties for sale. A quality-built large home and maisonette for sale, along with two small flats all in one built high up in the area of Akrotiri, just a few minutes from the beach and at the same time from the busy area of Kounoupidiana where one can find almost everything... All in one is the only way to describe this luxury built complex. Its ideal for a family that wants to plan ahead for their children. On the ground floor, theres an apartment/home of 122 m² which has 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen which leads to the dining and living area. All extras here such as kitchen cupboards, wardrobes and bathrooms are of fine quality and design. Underneath, theres a large storage area and garage big enough for 3 cars and two small flats of 28 m² and 35 m², both brand new and havent been rented out yet. Above the apartment is a two-level maisonette of 120 m² and 40 m² plus a huge veranda of another 40 m² on top. This is not finished and can be made to suit the needs and taste of the new owners. Only the walls, electricity and plumbing have been done. The veranda has a breath-taking view of the whole area since its higher up than most of the other houses in the area. On the outside area a lot of time and effort has been given to beautifully decorate and add a BBQ area and kiosk along with the trees, flowers and the vegetable garden in the back. Its truly a dream home for a large family!
