Land for sale close to Georgioupolis, Crete

Land for sale close to Georgioupolis, Crete - grounds of 8.206,12m2 just 1,5km away from the famous and only natural sweet water lake of Crete, the Lake Kournas, in tranquil and peaceful settings are now for sale... Enjoying marvellous views from the top of this plot - to the south-east of the lake, to the north-east of the Cretan Sea, and to the East of the Psiloritis Mountain - it is calling for a luxury residence to be constructed here. A building permit was previously granted for the construction of a private home with swimming pool on the higher part of the land, to get the best out of the views. The building permit is currently undergoing the renewal process, and if the new owner wishes to, he/she can directly start with the realisation of a home in Crete. The land is reached via a 3,5m wide agricultural road, coming from the connection road Georgioupolis - Lake Kournas. On a neighbouring plot a villa already exists, therefore are water, electricity and phone services close at hand.
